The sensors.AFRICA community unites a diverse range of stakeholders who are interested in and dedicated to addressing the complex challenges prevalent in African cities, with a focus on environmental health and sustainable urban development. We aim to foster collaboration among technologists, environmentalists, policymakers, researchers, climate scientists, atmospheric scientists, journalists, and students to collectively share insights, best practices, and technical expertise to control the wide array of environmental issues, including air, water, noise, radiation, and plastic pollution, all of which significantly impact the health of ecosystems and the well-being of urban communities.
